We also conduct and manage out of state searches. We often team with other offices to best serve our clients as well as clients of our associates. We place management, accounting, executive assistant, sales – inside & out, and human resource positions. Our clients include many small to mid-size firms as well as Fortune 1000 companies.

Our Managing Director, Debra Lawson, first started with Management Recruiters in 1982. With years of operations as well as marketing management experience coupled with her 20+ years with MRI she brings a personal touch, passion and capability into recruiting. She focuses on watching for the right attitude, communication skills and motivation in our candidates. That, paired with the best combination of experience and skills, assists in consistently getting the best candidates for our clients.
