Our top priority for an urgent situation or sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's sole recruiting resource. Service Fee is computed as a percentage of first year compensation. One-third initiates the search, one-third due when the candidate accepts and the balance when employment begins.
ENGAGED SEARCH
Next highest priority search which takes precedence over all contingency searches. Service fee is computed as a percentage of first year compensation. One-third paid to initiate the search and the remaining two-thirds is invoiced when the candidate accepts your offer of employment.
CONTINGENCY SEARCH
Still an important need we refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. When you hire someone we've presented, our service fee is a percentage of first year compensation and invoiced upon candidate's acceptance of your offer.
